How fast does my order ship?
Rock n Roll Alliance shipping time is 24-48 hours once the order is placed. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. If our shipment time will be longer then 48 hours from the time of purchase we will contact you via email to notify you of the reason.
Can I wear my NEW Dragonfly Roadhouse shirt while cursing on my bike?
Rock n Roll Alliance would like to remind you to always wear a protective outer layer when riding. This will not only protect you, but your new Dragonfly shirt as well. Printed shirts are not recommended to ride in. Excessive wind due to riding at speed may cause damage.
What is your return policy?
Our promise to you is if you have an item that you purchased from our web site and you wish to return or exchange it you have 15 days from the date of purchase to exchange or return the item(s) for a refund or exchange.
The item(s) must not be washed, worn or torn in any way and must have the original tags for a refund (refunds are issued to the original card that was used in the original purchase excluding shipping charges). If the item is in perfect condition, but has no tags it can only be exchanged for another item off our site. We are not responsible for any type of damage after you receive your item(s). When you are returning your item(s) please include the return form with all the information filled out (please be sure to provide all your billing information). The shipping is at your expense.
Exchanges will be processed with in 7-10 business days once we receive it.
Returns with no information will be returned to sender.
For items that were purchased from one of our local retailers/Vendors (this includes items purchased at shows) you must return the item back to the store/vendor were you made the original purchase. We can only accept returns and exchanges for orders that were placed directly on www.dragonflyroadhouse.com or www.dragonflyclothing.com.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do! All charges are calculated during the check out so you can see exactly how much your total will be in US Dollars. We use UPS World Wide for your convenience.
Do you have a Catalog?
Yes! We do, please feel free to email us your address so that we can mail out our Dragonfly Roadhouse 2007 Catalog. At this time catalogs are limited and we ship them on a first come first serve bases.
I saw something at a store that I don’t see here?
Rock n Roll Alliancemakes exclusive designs for several stores, Like Spencers and Hot Topic. If you have seen an item at a store that you do not see on our web site it is an exclusive item for that store and can only be purchased at that store.
If there is a size that is not showing or you can not see that item you wanted the item/size is not in stock and will not be re-stocked. We do everything we can to only post Available items on the site.
What type of payments do you accept?
Rock n Roll Alliance accepts Visa and Master card. Credit Cards are Securely Authorized through Authorize.com. If you do not have or do not want to pay by credit card, please fill out the entire form online and then before you enter your credit card number print that screen out and send it with a US money order for the exact amount. Once we receive the order form and money order we will process the order and ship it with the shipping option that was chosen
Do you have a size chart?
Yes! Our Dragonfly Roadhouse shirts are true to size meaning if you normally wear a size extra large our XL would fit perfectly. Here are our approximate sizes for Printed and Embroidery shirts:
Medium-----23” across the chest, 29” in length
Large--------24” across the chest, 30” in length
X-Large-----25” across the chest, 31” in length
XXL---------26” across the chest, 32” in length
XXXL-------27” across the chest, 32” in length
All of our Fashion Tees (cotton tee shirts) are fitted.
Can I go to the corporate office to buy or return something?
Unfortunately our Corporate Headquarters in Anaheim Hills is NOT open to the public. We do not accept or sell merchandise from this location. Please visit our online store or our company store!
Do you guys do special orders (or items)?
We at this time do not take requests for "special orders/items" on any merchandise since styles change so frequently. If you do not see a Size, a Color, or a Style that you are looking for on our website (www.Dragonflyclothing.com or www.DragonflyRoadhouse.com ) then it may be an item that is not carried by
Rock n Roll Alliance (or is no longer available).
Is my purchase secure?
Your Purchase is Secure, to protect you and our reputation. Access to personal information is limited. Rock n Roll Alliance guarantees the safety of your information and will only charge you for purchases that are properly authorized. Your credit card information is encrypted through Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This technology ensures that the information remains private and secure.
If you would like to check to the security of your connection, A way to check for security is to look at the URL line of the browser. When accessing a secure server, the first
