Shipping and Returns
Our promise to you is if you have an item that you purchased from our web site and you wish to return or exchange it you have 15 days from the date of purchase to exchange or return the item(s) for a refund or exchange.
The item(s) must not be washed, worn or torn in any way and must have the original tags for a refund (refunds are issued to the original card that was used in the original purchase excluding shipping charges). If the item is in perfect condition, but has no tags it can only be exchanged for another item off our site. We are not responsible for any type of damage after you receive your item(s). When you are returning your item(s) please include the return form with all the information filled out (please be sure to provide all your billing information). The shipping is at your expense.
Exchanges will be processed with in 7-10 business days once we receive it.
Returns with no information will be returned to sender.
For items that were purchased from one of our local retailers/Vendors (this includes items purchased at shows) you must return the item back to the store/vendor were you made the original purchase. We can only accept returns and exchanges for orders that were placed directly on RocknRollAlliance.com
